2 T. hazelnuts chopped
1 goat cheese log
1/4 C Blackberry Bourbon Vanilla Jam (or any delicious jam)
1 T. bourbon infused honey
It really can not get much easier than this, especially on hot summer nights when you need a quick appetizer. just place a log of goat cheese on a plate, top with jam, nuts and honey. Serve with a firm crisp slightly salty cracker and have a glass of wine!
