Job Description: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to work in our production facility in Jacksonville, FL. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities, great for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and learn on the job about small business operations, and specifically fulfillment. The role entails working closely with our CEO to assist with product shipping and fulfillment, packaging and labeling our production line, and other ad hoc tasks. You will assist with everything from producing shipping labels to physically packing orders from small online retail orders to pallets going out to our distributors.
This is a great opportunity to get small business experience, and work with a fun team of people committed to making and shipping out an exceptional local product.
You have the following qualities/skills:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs from ground to tables or shelving.
Enjoy working with your hands and can be on your feet up to 5 hours a day
Basic math and writing skills
Detail oriented with a knack for anticipating needs and prioritizing tasks
A can-do hustle attitude/you thrive on conquering tasks and strive for perfection
Flexible and willing to accommodate frequently changing tasks (multitaskers who enjoy
being busy are welcome)
Committed, hard-working, detail-oriented team player
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically-demanding position. Repeated lifting of 30-50 lbs is required. Time on your feet may range from 3-5 hours per shift.
Hours: The facility is in operation Tuesday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Increased hours and/or responsibilities are available upon demonstration of a willingness to take on a greater role in kitchen operations & a strong work ethic.

Position: Baker/ Jam Maker
Classification: Part-time 20 hours/ week
Location: Jacksonville, FL (University and Powers)

Job Description: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Baker/ Jam Maker to work in our kitchen facility in Jacksonville, FL. We are seeking one part-time team member to start immediately.
This is an all-hands-on deck job assisting with every aspect of our production process - from prepping food to cooking to packaging. The job entails fruit intake and prep, cooking, cleaning, assisting with product fulfillment, and other ad hoc tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn about the art of preservation and small business, exercise your commercial kitchen experience and work with a fun team of people committed to making an exceptional local product.
Ideally, you have the following qualities/skills:
Baking and/or food production experience (we’ll train the right person)
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Love working with your hands and can be on your feet up to 8 hours a day

Has own vehicle to get to work or reliable transportation
Flexible and willing to accommodate frequently changing tasks (multitaskers who enjoy
