What is the difference between jam and jelly?

Jam-the whole fruit, usually a little on the chunky side

Jelly-made with fruit juice, has no whole pieces of fruit, smooth and spreadable

Marmalade-pieces of citrus suspended in jelly

Conserve-usually has some sort of nut as well as fruit and possibly raisins

Preserves-  contain whole pieces of fruit and we work with them gently to make sure the pieces stay whole in the cooking process

Fruit Butter-smooth and cooked down. Fruit pulp and sugar slowly simmered to perfection for hours.

How soon will my order arrive after it has been placed?

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The idea that the package may sit in a post office for to long does not sit well with us so we try and get it out as soon as possible and usually shipped Priority Mail.
